There are no refunds for payments made through the payment gateway except in the following circumstances:
- The customer's account is debited excessively or multiple times in a transaction with a technical error.
- The Payment Gateway will not be charged to the customer as a refund.
- An error in the billing process resulted in the customer's credit card/bank account being charged, but the customer was not enrolled for the exam.
- Hitston Fintech offers free enrollment to all customers.
- Customers can request a refund, which will be deducted from the payment gateway charges.
- A refund request must be submitted with the transaction number if an original payment receipt was generated during the payment process. You will receive an electronic check within 21 days after submitting your application to Hitston Fintech .
- Your bank may take 3–21 days to process the funds, depending on its policies.
- Hitston Fintech will resolve payment issues by contacting users or payers who have not made a payment. Hitston Fintech can direct credit the disputed amount to the disputing payer in case of a dispute between the customer and the payer.
- Payees may not dispute direct debits and credits to their account, controlled by the payer disputing the transaction.
- Hitston Fintech will receive the funds based on the settlement agreement between the payee and the payer.
- Chargebacks occur when payments have already been made to the payee/user/service provider, settling the payment according to the agreement.
